  The BEST auto repair shop around. I have been a customer for over 30 years and they always take good care of me. Their towing service has rescued me on many occasions. I highly recommend this business. Thank you Hershey Auto.

  During the great Pennsylvania flood of 2018, I got into an accident and had major damage to the front end of my car. I took the vehicle to Don and his crew on a Wednesday morning to have assess the damage. By the end of the day on Wednesday, Don gave me a very reasonable and honest quote. I called him the next day and told him to proceed with the fix. By noon, he had called me letting me know that everything was going to be fine with my car and the total price was exactly what he estimated it to be. Don and his crew are professional, honest, and hard working mechanics. I was extremely impressed at the turn around time and thankful considering I needed the car by Friday for school. The grand prix rides great once again. I strongly encourage anyone to go to these guys for all of their auto needs. Great people who do great work. 10/10 recommend!!

  We had an incident where our car broke down near Hershey. Called Hersey Auto Center and they could not have been more accommodating. Great customer service. Wish we had more places like this near home!

  Very impressed with the excellent service when our car broke down in very cold weather as we traveled south. It was the weekend of New Years and everything was closing early but the manager/owner, Don, let us bring it in. They were able to get a part ordered and fixed it in a timely manner. We were mostly impressed with his sympathetic concern for our situation and good long distance communication as we continued with a second car.

  Travelling in the area when my car gave me problems. Stopped and Don fit me in with no appointment. He could have taken advantage of me as I was out of the area but he didn't! Diagnosed my problem, gave me info for my at home mechanic and reassured me that I could get home and I did! If you live locally please give him your business. Thank you again!

  So happy to have stopped. Travelling through Hershey when auto gave me issue and check engine light came on. No appointment but Don fit me in and diagnosed the problem. Gave me great service. Have diagnosis for my at home mechanic. Gave me peace of mind that I could get home and I did! Did not take advantage of me as a traveller. Thank you!

  We stopped in when we figured out we were having thermostat problems. The gentleman checked our situation out and suggested a dealership that could probably help us sooner than they would be able to
  (late afternoon). We went a couple miles down the road, got service quickly, and we were safely on our way by early afternoon. Considering we're from Illinois and on vacation, we greatly appreciated
  the kind help they gave us!

  I highly recommend Hershey Auto Center as they could not have been more helpful and understanding when my car broke down while attending a conference in Hershey. I was in Hershey for 24 hours before
  having to drive 2.5 hours home so the service of my car was extremely important. They fixed my vehicle, kept in communication with me and I left on time to return home with no other issues. They are
